How long have you been with the company?

Having started here in September 2021. That being said I was already familiar with the company as Simon Bland, the business director at hearing check, was the dispensing audiologist at my previous place of employment. 

What makes you want to come to work?

At Preston hearing care centre every patient is given the best customer service possible, no attention to detail is missed. Everybody is given a warm welcome as soon as they step through the door. This shows in the amazing positive feedback we get from our patient base. Also working with a fab team of individuals makes workdays all the better.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

It must be dealing with our lovely patients whether on the phone or in practice. From fixing a hearing aid to getting an appointment booked. Something so simple can be so rewarding when you have the most pleasant patients to deal with day in day out. Also being new to the field learning about audiology and hearing tech in general is always exciting!

How do you help make your customers smile?

Interacting with patients when they enter the practice whether this means sharing a joke or making them feel relaxed and welcome. Alongside providing the best customer service available. Making them look forward to their next visit.
